2. CLEAR SOME DISK SPACE
3. DOWNLOAD THE TOOLS
   1. Anti-Virus
      1. AVG Free
   2. Spyware remover
      1. AdAware Free
   3. Firewall software
   4. Registry cleaner (Windows)
4. GO COMPLETELY OFFLINE
   1. Disconnect from our ISP
   2. Disconnect the modem from the wall
   3. Disconnect the network connection
5. Eradicate the viruses and worms
6. Eradicate the spyware
7. Erect a burning wall of fire between you and the Internet
8. Block spyware before it gets in
